1. Hair Features :

Here are some details which we strongly recommend you to take few minutes to read it .

A. Hair Color

It’s virgin hair which is one bundle cut from one donors ’ head and without any chemical process .

The hair colors are not the same . It’s during from #1b to #2 .

If you have any special requirement about the hair , please freely let our colleague knows .

We will select the hair for you and arrange the shipment .

B. Hair Length

All the hair we produce is true to length , even the hair is a little bit longer than the actural length .

However , the hair texture like wavy and curly look like a little bit shorter . The correct way to measure the hair is after stretching .

C. Hair Weight

One bundle hair was collected from one donor ’ s head . So the hair weight are not the same .

It’s 5g more or less around 100g . If the hair you received is during this range , it’s normal .

D. Split Ends

The hair ends is far away from the hair root , it’s lack of nutrition and easy to have the split ends issue .

What we do is selecting the good quality hair material in priority to make the weft and trimming the hair ends before shipping .

But it’s hard to avoid that there is few split ends inside when you get the hair .

The split ends will be improved after the hair conditioner treatment .

E. White / Grey Hair

All of our wefts are made by 100% HUMAN HAIR . There are some white / grey hair inside .

Our inspection will pick the white / grey hair out from the weft before shipment .

But all the work made by hand , it’s difficult to avoid that there is NO white / grey hair inside .

Please pick out if there is few the white/grey hair inside , thanks for your understanding .

2. How to place the order :

a), Please tell us the hair types and hair styles you are looking for . 
If you don't have any idea , you can inquiry from us first and we'll recommend the best sale .

b), Send us the order list by email or whatsapp .

c), We'll quote you according to your order list .

d), Once we confirm the order , you can send us the money by Western Union , Paypal or Bank transfer .

e), We ship the hair by DHL or Fedex within 24 hours as long as payment recieved .

f), You can get the package in 2-5 working days depends on the country's location .

 
3. Human Hair Maintaining Tips :

a), Don't cut the hair weft to small pieces when fixing , it makes the hair easy to be shedding .

b), Don't color your extensions by yourself ; leave that to the professionals .

c), Pull hair into a ponytail using a hair tie before you go to bed,so it will not get rough .

d), Brush your hair several times a day , it can keep the hair away from tangling . But if you bought the curly hair , please don't comb or brush , just use fingers to go through your curly hair .

e), Wash your hair regularly with hair shampoo and hair conditioner in warm water .
And brush the hair inside water if its a little tangle and it’s better make it towel dry .

f), Spray the hair with nutrition hair care oil once a week to keep it moisturized .
 
 

4.  Shipping :

1). By courier , like DHL , UPS , FedEx , etc . It's usually 5-7 days to arrive .

2). By air to the air port . It's usually 3-4 days to arrive .

3). By sea to sea port , usually , 15-30 days to arrive.

5. Our Return Policy and Seivice :

a), Return / Refund is accepted within 7 days ( the date depend on the DHL ). Please contact with us if you want to return the goods .
